My Life
For all those of you who don't have the *pleasure* of following me on Tumblr, this is the update of my life that you didn't get. In fact, you probably wouldn't have gotten it EVEN if you followed me on Tumblr. It's just the weird and wonderful type of person I am. ;)
So, anyway... getting back to the point. What was it, exactly? Oh, right. My life.
Nothing much exactly is happening at the moment - lots of school. My brother is back though! After THREE years in America, we finally get him... for three months. Fair exchange, no? In fact, my mother is going to America soon, for a month. Just a tad ironic, I think. ;)
Our house is now IMPECCABLY CLEAN. Well, excluding the bedrooms.. it's almost even uncomfortably clean. No, wait. I take that back. I love living in a clean home.
I have a Lating test tomorrow (Eeek!) so I really should be studying for that. Well, guess what. I'm not. I'm a procrastinator... anyway, I'd rather read a book than study for a Latin test. However, it must be done. At once! *runs off holding a triumphant banner, then comes back* I have to write this post first, anyway. :P
THREE MONTHS till I'm old enough to get a job! Most people are telling me to enjoy not working while I can, but seriously, I'm not exactly enjoying sponging money off of my parents every time I need a bus ticket or something. Mind you, I'll probably scrounge money for bus tickets from them after I get a job, too. I'll just have the knowledge I can get it myself, even if I won't. :P
Nothing much else has been happening... I'm looking up at a poster of my brother for his youth orchestra. The only thing that comes to mind when I look at the picture is: SWEENY TODD. I've never actually seen the movie (I don't particularly want to, either.. I hate scary movies, and I hate blood. Put the two together = Me running out the door screaming and simultaneously fainting.
...I am in absolute shock I just spelled simultaneous right. THE FIRST TIME.) Anyway, I've seen the cover, and he seriously looks like Johnny Depp on the front cover! Well, not, like, covered in blood or anything, put his hair's all sticking up and he is looking with intense concentration at something. (I just spelled concentration wrong. How could I do that and get simultaneous right? :P) Probably looking at the conductor :P.
Anyway, I'll let you go now.. my life is a bit boring, isn't it? :P
(Even if I don't think so. ;) )

Dreams
I love dreams. And I love it even more when I can remember them. I never used to remember my dreams, but lately I've been have some weird and wonderful ones. And then I take them and make stories out of them. It's very fun. :D Like, lately, I had a really cool dream - and then when I woke up, I could remember the jist of it, and a couple of sentences. So I wrote something out of it. ;) Here it is. :D
“Elechiel?” He whispered.
“Yes?” I whispered back.
It was so stupid.
Here we were, in chains - chains, mind - led by guards to who knows where - and we were trying to whisper to each other.
“Where do you think we’re going, Elechiel?”
I sighed and rolled my eyes. At least, I would have rolled my eyes if the guard hadn’t turned around and slapped me in the face.
“No talking.” He grunted out. At least, I think that’s what he said. As I say, he grunted.
I shrugged my shoulders at my brother. As if I would know where we were going. Anyway, he knew I didn’t know where we were going. He was just asking it for the sake of asking.
And possibly to get me slapped in the face.
Naah.
He looked over my way again, but I turned my head. He could get slapped, if he wanted; it wasn’t my problem.
Except for the fact that he was my younger brother, that is. And the fact that he had no one else in the world - except me.
I would have liked him more if he wasn’t so annoying. But hey, isn’t that what seventeen-year-old kid brothers are for? That and showing off their muscles to a crowd of giggling high-schoolers. Highschool girls, that is. Highschool boys giggling is a sight I have yet to see.
All in all, I was quite relieved when we stopped in front of a door. What with Barathiel - kid brother’s name - trying to whisper again, it seemed one of us was in for a ‘light touch to the cheek’ again. And the one most likely seemed to be me.
So, anyway, where were we? Oh, yes. The door.
The door had a handle, two hinges, and a label, like most doors. In fact, it was like most doors in every way. Except for the colour.
It was the brightest white I had ever seen, or hoped to see. It burned my eyes, and closing them did absolutely no good. It was the harshest light, I thought, in the world - until the guard opened the door.
I thought I was going blind - I tried to look over to Barath - tried to shield my eyes - tried not to scream.
I was living in a nightmare.
The minute it had opened I heard a small gasp from my brother. No more. But it was all I could do to stop myself wailing out my anguish to the world. My eyes were on fire.
And then, out of my world of pain and agonizing whiteness, the voice spoke.
“Turn it down.”
I wanted to go on my knees, to thank the voice. At least, I thought I did. Until my world cleared.
“We meet again.”
“Did you know -” My kid brother - “that that phrase has been used approximately two million t - Ow.”
Another grunt from the guard. “Shut up.”
The other voice went on.
“Elechiel, Barathiel.”
I nodded, barely acknowledging the voice - or the face that belonged with it.
“You were brought here for a reason. I am sure you know that reason.”
“Actually,” I said, “No.”
“No?”
“Oh, more clearly defined? We do not know why we are here, we would like you to let us go, and.. oh, yes, maybe never see you again?”
“Idiot.”
“Pardon?”
The voice subtly changed, an undercurrent of anger - or was it fear? - running through it.
“You just threw away your only hope. Watch it crumble into dust.... or rather, don’t watch anything.”
My best efforts to keep my face void of feeling were obviously not working.
“I can blind you. I can take away your memory. I can do anything - anything ever invented to you.
Look at me.”
I kept my head down.
So did Barathiel.
“Look at me. Elechiel. Barathiel.”
The guard kicked us, or punched us, I’m sure, but it was as if I couldn’t feel anything.
“Look. At. Me.”
I raised my head, gritted my teeth, and looked.
“Have it your way.”
Barathiel slowly lifted his head, and together we gazed at our nemesis.
X.
He had not changed from when we knew him. But his eyes had darkened, and they flickered from side to side, almost as if somewhere, there was a snake inside him.
“I can kill you.”
“We don’t care.” A surprisingly strong voice came from beside me; I looked at my brother, and almost smiled.
“I’m sure you will, when you know my secret.”
His lips curled into a sadistic smile.
A man standing behind his white chair - everything was white, in this room - coughed.
“If they are dead, sir, we will not survive from the FBI.”
The smile was wiped from his face.
“We are the FBI.”
“Not anymore, sir. Their identities are too... unique to escape detection.”
The same smile reappeared.
“Then give them new identities.”
(Hehe.... that last line was actually in my dream. Awesome, isn't it? :D)

Hippy Happy New Year!
Gosh, I feel as if I've been neglecting you all.... which means I probably have. (Hint: If you comment, I post. Deal? :D)
I hereby wish you a very Happy New Year!
I've been lazing around in the luxury of holidays - AND I have an excuse for not posting. My computer was roughly snatched away by foreign hands that needed it to take to Brisbane - meaning my mum. So I had to make do with my dad's computer - which he was on a lot of the time.
... I think that's the first time I've had a watertight excuse.....
ANYWAY - I have a question. Do you feel this blog layout is getting too boring? Not enough colour? Needing more things? :D
(Hint 2: I LOVE to get feedback. :D)

Pride and Prejudice Duo - by GUYS!
^the titles says it all. :D All I'm wondering is why all the funny things in this blog have Pride and Prejudice related to them..
Oh - the rules of a duo says that you cannot touch OR look at your partner. I hereby present... the Pride and Prejudice Duo! :D

Deal
I hereby confess to you what some would consider a dreadful sin. I.Hate.Gardening. *sowers before all the gardening people* I don't know why I hate it. It's just - I never see any immediate progress or something in the garden. I think I just never look ahead. :P Yeah, so.. my mother and I made a deal. I do gardening with her in the morning - she takes me Christmas shopping. I don't think that deal will ever happen again - I ruined a shirt, almost ruined a citrus tree - but I looked like a hobbit! A hobbit that was covered in mud.. Oh well. I saved the citrus tree, and my gardening lesson was interesting (It was in the rain :D) even if it wasn't quite fun. Perhaps someday I'll like gardening...
Tetris
Has anyone ever heard of Tetris? That little game where you fit blocks upon blocks and - try to - defeat opponents? Yeah, that one! .. I think I'm slightly addicted to it. *sighs* Just as I'm 'slightly' addicted to the Ft forum. Yeah, maybe I'm not slightly addicted. I'm a LOT addicted. And the funny thing is - the game sort of bugs me! Well, that probably cause I can't play for nuts - so, hereby a warning. NEVER PLAY TETRIS. *Muses& Actually, do.. it's fun.. :D

How Awkward
...So I forgot to tell you this, but yesterday, it RAINED. On the first day of summer. o.O How awkward for...um... summer? Today it's been sunny and hot though, summer enough for me! I hate it when it gets above... 104? Once it got to 114... o.O
I haven't had time to enjoy this loverly weather though. My mom thinks, as it's nearing the end of the school year, we should start the 'Christmas clean-up.' Naturally, as she's out working all day, and so is my dad... it's the kids who end up doing it. Well, really, me who ends up doing it.
Funnily enough, I believe I actually sort of LIKE cleaning. It gives you a wonderful sense of accomplishment, sort of. Except, in the middle of it, all you want to do is drop you cloths and go and.. do something fun. Which is happening right now.. I really should get off. :P Oh well - soon enough. But even halfway - you can give a sigh and look at the things you've cleaned, how beautiful they are. And when I was small, I used to pretend I was a servant in a palace, cleaning for the spoilt brat of a princess. Oh, the fun times I had... :D

NanoWriMo swallowed my life :o
This time, I really, truly, (and I actually mean it..) I am so terribly sorry about forgetting this poor bloggle! *hugs blog and followers* It's just... yes, one of my everlasting excuses is about to come out... NanoWriMo swallowed the last bit of the resemblence of a life that I had. AND the end of school's coming up, too... :P Anyway... my life away from the blog has been... sad that I've been forgetting the blog. So.. I shall muse, and I shall tell you what has been happening in my life.
*Muses*
OH!! I went and saw Harry Potter 7 the other day! And, I mean no offense to those that - a)do not like ti, b) seriously hate it, and c) wish to burn the books, movies and kill J.K.Rowling - but I really, really loved this movie. I do love the books, and the other movies, but I think this one was - seriously! - the best! Now, to wait for Part 2... *sighs*
My memory is coming back! ..or, more accurately, events of my life are coming back! :D
I also won two silvers at a karate tournament! WOOHOO!! (Don't tell anyone... in a division of two :D)
Hmm... yes, I already said that school was over... hmm... oh, I am being lent a pool for this summer. < :D Well, actually... I clean my neighbour's pool every two weeks, and she is going away the week after Christmas/the week of New Year. Aaand.. she wants me to keep the pool water level or something, and for that she will pay me... and let me go in her pool anytime! I was SOOO excited!
^I guess that didn't convey much to you... lol, for Christmas you'll be in the middle of blizzards or something! NO need for pools for you!
...thanks for reading through all of my ranting and rambling.. if you've got this far! :D :D Beware.. there IS more to come! :D

A piano tuned one tone flat is not a very good sound.
Today my dad, brother and I played at an old folks home. Aaaand.... the piano was tuned one tone flat! It was pretty awful trying to play the violin in those conditions. Everything I played felt sooooo wrong, basically because my ears weren't used to wrong tuning. And then Dad started to play a piece on the piano (he's a pianist) by himself, and I sat next to him and turned the pages. Well, in the middle of it, this old guy started yelling out 'STOP! STOP!' He basically kept yelling that throughout the whole piece, until Dad turned round and said 'Could you please stop shouting!' They rolled him off after that, lol. It was actually pretty funny.... after the event was over. Anyhow, that was my little cross to bear today..... a piano tuned one tone flat. :D

Facebook Games.......... *groans*
I have found out, as many have told me, Facebook games are addictive. Almost like the forum. I thought I would just try out one, and.......... wham, here I am in the middle of this game.My advice to you, is never try out any of these games. They take you, life and soul........... not really. I AM KIDDING! Cause if it took me life and soul I wouldn't be able to be sitting here writing, would I? I would be...... dead, I guess. And I'm sure none of you want me dead. Aren't I? :P < It has often occurred to me how much I love dis smilie. It's so..... I don't know. I guess I just like it..... funny, when I first wrote that, it came out 'I guess I just don't like it....' thilly me. :P

Poor Bloggle.....
I am sooooo sorry, to keep you waiting like this for another post. Perhaps I even made you forget my blog, and that would be sad. ;D Anyway, as I found out, life often catches up on you in one big hit and you have no time for anything, let alone blogs...... ok, maybe I had time for some things. For lots of things. Maybe I was just to lazy to post...... :P Anyway, ^points at header* aren't you proud of me! I edited that blog header! After many *cough* hours of work....... :P more like eight minutes. ANYWAY, I need to write a story. For the forum. A totally random one, about a blind date and a bounty hunter. Don't look at me, this wasn't my idea! Look at Lanta from the forum. She got us going onto this random website and it comes up with weird plot ideas that you could make a short story from. Anyway, I got that one afore-said aaand.... I have to post it on here! *chews fingernails* and I haven't even started.....................Anyway, on a happier not, I went to the Royal Adelaide Show, and I won a first prize in cookery! Wait..... you don't know what the Show is, do you? I think you all just have theme parks. Am I right? Of course I am.... :P or not..... anyway, the Show used to be a place where farmer went and show their farm animals, and farmer's wives went and showed their bread and scones and whatnot. Now it's sorta evolved into a fun fair (American term, right?) with rides and showbags..... but you don't know what showbags are, either, do you? *sighs* These Americans will be the death of me.... Anyway, in the briefest sense of the word, showbags are bags with lollies in them which you buy. Some of them are good, some are bad....There, showbags explained. At least I don't have to explain rides...... you know what those are, don't you? :P

YAHOO!!!

YAY!!! I am now officially a blue belt in karate!!!! I had my grading last Sunday...... it was really, really, awesome. And tiring. By the time I got to sparring the only thought that was keeping me going was 'this is the last thing...' but I got through, and here I am!! only one more belt after this, and then I'll be brown! and only a couple of stripes on that, and I'll be black!!! I always think that way......... :P I had a really, really embarrasing moment........ it was at the handing of certificates at the end, and I was kinf of in auto-pilot...... you know, I was tired, I was totally sick of sparring and everything involving moving from where I stood. When they announce your name (which means that you graded) at a grading, you're supposed to say 'Hai' which means 'Yes' in Japanese. They called out my name, and me, being me, started to say 'Hello'.............. one of the worst moments at karate classes....
Soo......... I tried a new design for this blog! Please tell me if you like it! The only thing is it doesn't really look like.... rain...... especially as the blog header says 'Those who say happiness comes with sunshine have never danced in the rain'..... oh well.!
Lastly...... two important things for fashion and hilarious photo shoots!
1.Wear a top hat. Always. Everywhere. If you don't have one..... poor deprived child.
2.Wear sunglasses with the afore-mentioned top hat. Look at the above photo for details.......

Once Upon A Time.....
Once upon a time is always such a cozy beginning. It makes you think of bedside stories, cozy mugs of hot chocolate by the fire, blanket and hugs, does it not? It does for me. But now, you rarely see 'Once Upon A Time' as a beginning for a story. I suppose our world seems to think it's outgrown fairytales. Actually, that's an interesting idea. 'The World's Outgrown Fairytales..' Can you see that as a headline for a newspaper? Oh well... instead of our custom ones, we have 'Iron Man' Eclipse'.... I guess they're sort of our substitutes for Cinderella and such. Oh well, I'll stop my rambling.......
